Advanced theme editor features

In May 2019 Lobiloo introduced a new "base" theme design that is more modern and flexible for professional florists.

A few updates include:
  • improvements to the cover page
  • ability to show 1x or 2x size images (flowers, rentals, etc)
  • repeating header / footer content (your company name, today's date)
  • more attractive Grand Total with clickable payment button
Here is how to navigate the Theme Editor, located inside your account dashboard > Theme.

Cover Page

Basic event details such as the venue, instructions, and client contact information is now dedicated to Page 1 of your PDF export.

Inside the Theme tab of your dashboard you may customize your logo size, company name font, and company name font size. You can also adjust the label color (venue, client, etc).

Arrangement - Featured Item

Perhaps you want to showcase a single element in an arrangement for aesthetic appeal.

Feature individual items and images for any number of arrangements in your estimate in one click.

To enable, simply check the "Showcase an item" checkbox above an arrangement from your Estimates tab.

Arrangement - Large Images

This is the default option for all new estimates, and will fit 2-4 item images per row on your PDF export.

No action is required for this setting, simply export your PDF at the bottom of the Estimates tab of an Event.

Arrangement - Small Images

This setting fits 8 images and items per row. This is especially helpful for large events with lots of floral content, to prevent 30+ page PDFs.

To enable "shrink" mode, check "Shrink images on estimate" at the bottom of your Estimates tab, beneath the Arrangement Images section.

Arrangement - No Images

Disabling images has been available on Lobiloo for years, but now the item names themselves may still be mentioned.

This setting is a good choice for invoices regarding rental items vs visual content. Check "Hide images on estimate" at the bottom of your Estimates tab, beneath the Arrangement Images section, to enable.

Grand Total

The last primary page of your PDF estimate contains grand total information.

The client signature block is optional and may be disabled inside your Theme tab of the dashboard.

Miscellaneous

You may hide the "pricing summary" below each arrangement section, as well as the "click to pay" and closing "Terms" in a few clicks from your Theme editor interface.

To disable the final Terms page, simply delete the Terms from your Estimates tab and this page will be excluded.

Colors for labels, accents, and the divider line(s) may also be modified or removed from your Theme editor interface.

We look forward to feedback and feature requests to make PDF exports even better suited for your business. Email [email protected] to let us know what you'd like to see next.
